Catechumens (now the Elect), catechists and clergy from St. Patrick’s (and St. Anthony's shown here) at the Rite of Election, Sunday afternoon, February 10. The Rite was held at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Ogdensburg. Bishop Robert Cunningham welcomed the Elect who are seeking full communion with the Church through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).

to St. Patrick's Catechists, Patrick Evans
and Mary Jank, who received Growth in Faith Certificates Multi-denominational Prayer Service for Military and Families An estimated 150 people from across the community took part November 11 in an inter-faith prayer service for military personnel deployed, awaiting deployment or just returned from action in Iraq and Afghanistan and their families. The service took place at Immaculate Heart Central Jr./Sr. High School. Priests, Ministers, a Rabbi and a representative of the Northern New York Islamic community all offered prayers of hope for those serving.
